I was nervous about my new patient appointment for various reasons, but after meeting Dr. Kyle, I was so glad that I kept the appointment. I left the appointment feeling confident that I had been given the best information and was in the care of someone who would was kind and compassionate.

I am a 73 year old patient who has seen many physicians in many settings over the years. Dr. Tkaczuk and her staff are particularly caring and helpful. She explains very clearly her diagnosis and how to use prescribed medications. She and her nurse provide a very positive and friendly atmosphere. The office visit is not rushed and questions are welcomed and clearly answered. Parking is plentiful. The medical office building is attractive and well-maintained; the office staff are trained, courteous and helpful. The waiting room is quiet and pleasant. Patients are not kept waiting long. The operation of the facility is very professionally managed. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and caring.

It took 6 weeks to get an appointment but worth the wait. Dr Kyle explained our treatment plan and options in great detail. She answered all our questions. Not once did we feel she rushed us. Her office was called me on several occasion as follow up.

Dr Kyle & her assistant were personable & thorough. They both told me ahead of time what was going to be done and then kept me advised as we went along. After the procedure they made sure I understood what was done and what I needed to do going forward i.e. how to care for the wound. Dr Kyle also examined a skin condition on my legs that has been plaguing me for years. She explained in layman terms what it was and prescribed a treatment which has already brought me great relief. I am impressed with the way I was examined, diagnosed, treated and instructed. Anyone coming under Dr Kyle's care can have the greatest confidence that they will be in the hands of a knowledgeable & highly capable Dermatologist/Surgeon.
