Dr. Lauren Lowe

Lauren is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience in mental health. She is passionate about helping adults, couples, and families understand themselves in an empowering and non-judgmental way so that they are able to envision the well-being they long for. Lauren specializes in trauma, C-PTSD, women's issues, adult ADHD, life transition, and anxiety. Lauren completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Edinboro University. She has worked in multiple mental health settings, taught Psychology, written curriculum, led women's retreats and small groups, and is a Spiritual Director, Reiki practitioner, and trained Clinical Enneagram Professional. This diversity of experience, along with her experience as an Outpatient Therapist, provides her flexibility and attentiveness to her client's needs and goals. Lauren uses multiple treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, insight-oriented therapy, strengths-based therapy, somatic awareness, and …attachment-based therapy.
