Dr. Lauren Annette Prewitt, DO

Awful service. Cold, distant, nobody answers phones, nobody returns calls, nobody responds to written correspondence. Went once over a year ago. Now billing me for appointments I never made. Have never had such an experience with any medical practitioner.

Poor service.

Dr. Prewitt and her staff have been absolutely wonderful. Dr. Prewitt was very caring and compassionate, and made sure I was taken care of. Her and her staff were very kind, easy to work with, and laid back. She was on time with her appointment and made sure I understood everything she was saying. By far the best doctor I've ever been to.

I was called five days after first glucose test and told I needed a second. Had test done on a monday, Dr. Prewitt told me she would call the next morning with results..Wednesday night at 730 an office assistant finally called with the news! When I saw her Monday she knew how stressed and anxious I was about the results. So far her bedside manner has been plesent. I don't like how I usually feel rushed though..

She has horrible bedside manner. Has an attitude for no apparent reason and does NOT follow up on her patients.

I was thrilled when I saw that a Doctor of Osteopathy was also practicing as an OB/Gyn. Unfortunately, Dr. Prewitt is young and inexperienced. She does not communicate well and is already polishing up her technique in the typical American physician field of selling prescription medications. NOT what I expected from an osteopath. Her bedside manner is odd, with poor communication skills and a patronising attitude. I've seen her three times and I'm sad to say that I've been less impressed with each successive visit. She's missing the right training, and I don't think she'll get much benefit from learning under Dr. Stanislaus, who has a very distant bedside manner.

Great overall experience. Wait was longer than desired but shorter than any past appointments I have had. I had to see someone else in her office for one appointment because of a delivery. I was a little ticked off by that until I was the one in the delivery that required her to miss an appointment, now I'm glad she does it.

Not going to a medical residency shows...terrible bedside manner.Limited expereince!
