Lauren Rothstein, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Syracuse University and my Master of Social work from Adelphi University. My passion for helping people in a more holistic approach motivated me to earn my Certification of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have more than 28 years of experience providing individual and group therapy in both private practice and several leading treatment centers. I was a Primary Therapist and later a co-owner of the prestigious dual diagnosis treatment center, Lifeskills of South Florida; formerly named Lifeskills of Boca. It was there I developed various treatment programs and the Eating Wellness track to focus on all aspects of emotional eating issues. I also facilitated Trauma and Emotional Eating groups in other local South Florida treatment centers. As a result, my patients come from diverse backgrounds with a variety …of different life circumstances. I specialize in working with those who suffer with anxiety, depression, emotional eating issues, substance abuse/addiction and early recovery support, LGBTQIA+ issues, self confidence, and grief and mourning support.
