Just an incredible doctor. Dr. Safier shows such kindness and compassion for her patients. She is extremely knowledgeable and listens to her patients.

What an amazing doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and has A+ bed side manners. When you meet with her she is fully focused on you and your individual assessment. I never felt rushed or as if things were not explained. Cannot say enough positive things!!! Highly, highly recommend.

This is a doctor that related to me and my husband! Dr. S got us right away and knew we needed that extra hand holding. Then we did one insemination and it worked!! So thankful!

I knew Dr. Safier was going to be the right doctor for me the moment my partner and I met her. She discussed my irregular cycles and told me that I probably have PCOS.....and she was right (of course). After trying a couple of medications, I began to ovulate regularly and Dr. Safier was willing to go at our pace. We didnt want to be forced into IVF like we were at another clinic. We are now almost in my 4th month of pregnancy and couldnt be happier. Dr. Safier is a really smart doctor with a calming bedside manner. The Best!!

I highly recommend Dr. Safier to anyone looking for a fertility specialist. Dr. Safier is extremely experienced, patient, and calm - she will truly put you at ease throughout the fertility journey which can be quite taxing! Her kindness and dedication to your end goal will ultimately make the process more bearable. Thanks to Dr. Safier, I am 32 weeks pregnant and could not be more grateful to her!

It was very difficult decision to choose a doctor. Moreover, we want to have special doctor which has a knowledge of PCOS. Therefore, I searched all the doctor's profiles, which are at Infertility clinic Stony brook. I came to know that Dr. Safier has very good research papers published in journals with high impact factor. I thought, yes, she is the one, who has great knowledge about PCOS. However, she is new doctor in that clinic. Therefore, it was very difficult to find any reviews for her. We though let's choose her for our case. Then, we took the appointment and visited her in stony brook infertility clinic. As usual, she started with blood tests for PCOS (we already did some tests with consultation of other doctor, however, she said we need more test to identify correctly) then genetic tests (which was unnecessary). I got a doubt that, really, is she required more data to analyze the identification of PCOS (which we already know that we have PCOS problem)? or is she trying to earn… more money for the hospital by ordering more blood test? I was confused. Then, most important statement she said, "don't worry, your insurance will cover that all". Then my doubt became more stronger. Our insurance covers the blood tests, it does not mean that doctor can conduct unnecessary tests. (I did not like that situation) However, I continued her consultation. After certain visits, she told that we have to take shot for ovulation and then she ordered. However, you have to reach certain level in the blood to take that shot. After ordering that shot, we waited for 2 weeks to meet that certain level. (I felt, is this a good decision to order a shot before knowing the blood levels?) I don't know. I did not like it. Moreover, she used to give her consultation to another nurse practitioner. When we choose a doctor, we make certain bond with that doctor. And, suddenly, you see some other nurse practitioner for consultation. Even though, there is nothing much to discuss, I think, doctor should attend their own patients. Otherwise, we loose the faith. Faith is the important think to maintain (I think). After everything over, means that pregnancy test, I asked her what are the chances to succeed. Then she said, 20 to 25%. We accepted because that is not in their hand. However, within the same discussion, she said "did you take Prenatal vitamins?" We said "no". Then she said, "you better start to take that". I was surprised. If that is the case, then she should have said us earlier. We would have started the Prenatal vitamins from the beginning of the treatment. I did not like that conversation.

Dr. S helped me get pregnant when I thought I never would have a family. She really listened to my issues and helped both me and my partner find a treatment plan that we were comfortable with...Highly Recommend her!
