Dr Cramer did a great job of handling my problem with ear wax buildup

Dr. Cramer performed the RhinAer nasal procedure for me in his office. His thorough prep to numb my sinuses made the procedure easier than I expected. My recovery was minimal & I was able to work the next day. It’s 4+ weeks since my procedure & my taste/smell has improved. My sinus headaches have subsided 75%. I was suffering from bad sinus headaches due to weather changes, mainly when waking up, which was becoming untolerable.

Dr Cramer provides excellent medical care. If you are experiencing ENT issues, I recommend you make an appointment ASAP. You’ll thank me later.

Great Doctor as he is very patient and answers all my questions

The staff was great. Very prompt and got me in quickly. Only issue was one practitioner in the office said I needed surgery and I saw Dr. Cramer to follow up and instead was sent to 2 other specialists. After going to his office 7 times in 4 months and 4 rounds of antibiotics (he offered to give me antibiotics twice in a month), I was sent to other doctors. Felt ignored and like my symptoms weren't taken seriously. After spending near $1k on tests, office visits, and meds, I'm still in pain, but no longer have money for specialists.

Although very knowledgeable and technically competent with many years of experience, it’s clear following my first visit with Dr. Cramer that his personal engagement and interaction with patients is an area of major concern. Sadly, it was a combination of his very short, abrupt, curt, and somewhat aggressive behavior during his responses to my questions and answers that I provided during my recent visit to the ENT & Allergy Specialists office located in Pottstown, PA.

Dr. Cramer was courteous and concerned about my health.

I called the office with a concern and I was seen the same day. Office is very prompt and professional. I am very confident in the plan of care I received from Dr Cramer.

Dr. Cramer and his staff were friendly and I was able get my hearing issues taken care of. I will definitely go back if needed.
