Dr. Laurence Robert Mester

I have seen Dr Mester for years and I always have great experience with the doctor and his staff. He works quickly and I had a root canal done I believe a year ago and it was painless. I was scared to death before I went in. But he made it so easy. Definitely the best dentist I had so far.

I do not recommend this office. Dr Mester is very rude to his staff and he does not take the time to talk with patients or explain exactly what your treatment is, he will come in and not acknowledge a patient, do the procedure then exit the room. Very very rude and unprofessional. If a child is uncooperative they will literally hold the child down to complete treatment instead of referring to a pediatric dentist this is insane (I observed this while walking to my treatment room and heard the child screaming the entire time). Dr. Mester loves to remove teeth so he will suggest extracting the tooth before restoring the tooth simply for his pleasure. I could go on and on about the things I have observed. In conclusion I don't and recommend this office and I have found a new dentist.

dr mester came in the room never greeted me, treated me as if i did not exist , talking about me but never addressing me and then left the room. When I got my EOB his charges were over the top. The hygenist who treated me cared about the pain I was having and took steps to find relief for me.
