All good.

Laurette Patten was distracted and on her phone. Even checked a voicemail during the visit and was distracted by her Apple Watch notifications. I was very understanding of the fact that it was her kids's school and even offered multiple times for her to excuse herself to make a call but she declined and still checked her notifications. I would look up from speaking and she would have her phone in her hand looking down at it. She then proceeded (without know my full medical history) to tell me to eat an abnormally low amount of calories and pretty much shamed me for my diet/weight. It was not a good first-time patient experience. Probably the worst provider experience I've ever had.

No problems whatsoever.

The experience was informative and answered all my questions. There were no bad experiences.

Laurette Patten is wonderful. She really cares about her patients. Spends time listening to complaints and investigates to get to the problem

I just met my new provider and her assistant 2-3 weeks ago and they have both been super attentive and I can't say enough good things about them! I am very happy with the care I've received so far.

I always feel listened to and respected when I visit Laurette's office. From the beginning of the visit with [...] (the medical assistant) to the time spent with Laurette I never feel rushed or that my concerns are not being heard. The only part this time was not getting a same day appt for a suspected UTI, but the orders were put in for the lab for a urine sample that day. That enabled Laurette to have preliminary results when I saw her the following day!
