Dr. Laurice Helen Gabriel, MD

I met Dr Gabriel once a few months ago and was very pleased with the services rendered. Today, I had an emergency and needed to see her. I called at 9:10 am and was offered a Teledoc appointment at 9:30. I was very impressed with the session, how convenient and easy it was and able to get my medication within the hour. I highly recommend this doctor and her staff as they are all professional, courteous and very helpful.

Been unfortunately dealing with a ongoing struggle with a coding error at Dr. Gabriel's office who over the course of many months has not been particularly helpful and very unprofessional with handling what seems to be just a matter of resubmitting the proper code (services rendered July 2022- It's now April 2023) I will not go into detail about the many many attempts I have made to get answers and have this corrected and kept in the loop about it's progress or the fact that there were many months I was down right ignored via email by that office, given wrong e-mail address and even ones that do not exist in my mission to resolve this matter. The most recent attempt exercised by me was finally a Quest representative and myself calling the office on a conference call in yet another attempt to get some resolve. That phone call concluded with Yesenia Pacheco declaring that infact there had been a "meeting" with both her and Quest in regards to my personal matter as well as numerous… others, stating "many patients have been denied a vitamin D panel due to coding errors" I have yet been contacted by Dr. Gabriel's office (except to schedule my anual exam) or Miss Pacheco herself. I made it very clear that lots of what needed to happen was infact time sensitive and that I was very concerned given the time wasted just trying to get in touch with the correct and or competent members involved at both there office and then quest diagnostics office due to her reluctancy with contact information. I was assured "it was being worked on" even though a Quest representative on the phone herself during the conference call said all she needs was the correct code number verbally that day and she could go ahead and resubmit the claim, to no avail on behalf of Miss Pacheco. So here I am no closer to having ANY of my very reasonable questions answered or needs met by the responsible party for providing correct coding for resubmitting claims, I just tried to reach out to the Quest representative Miss Pacheco claimed to have had a meeting with and wouldn't you know it (email error code/address doesn't exist) I'm now writing this review as a last ditch effort to hopefully get some sort of information on what type of progress if any has been made, and how much closer your office is to fixing this all encompassing debauchery and when I can expect a phone call and or resolve.

I have been going to Dr Gabriel for over 4 years and she’s the best ! Thank you Dr for being you !!!

I LOVE Dr. Gabriel but wish she was in private practice instead of being part of a clinic.
