Dr. Laurie Jane Costello, MD

I unfortunately was seen by Dr Costello for what she thought was a UTI. Dr. Costello prescribed me an antibiotic that had a black box warning already placed on it. This drug was Levaquin which to date is only to be used as a last resort drug. This drug completely destroyed the tendons in my legs. When I reached out to this doctor about the issues and pain I was in she was uncaring and demeaning. Eight years later I still struggle with the side effects from this drug. I regret the day I walked into her office and put my life in her hands. Worst doctor in every category I have ever seen or probably will. The sad fact was I didn't even have a UTI.

worst doc everrr! acted like I was a drug seeker when I needed antibiotics for bronchitis.

make sure you get the name of the person who cancels your apt. this dr charges you money if you do not cancel. I canceled and they still charged me and would not give up on it. poor customer service!!!

I've met with Dr. Costello twice. Both times she was very nice and diagnosed me quikcly and accurately. On my second visit, I made referrence to my previous appointment with her and she told me I had never been treated by her before. I nicely corrected her but she insisted that we have met. I'm sure this would have been cleared up by looking at my chart. I think she was just overworked and stressed that day but she shouldn't have been so insistent without checking my prior visit.
