Dr. Laurie Ann Dawson, MD

I recently had to take my 72 year old mother to DMC Emergency Room for severe gallbladder pain. Dr. Laura Dawson was the physican on duty at the time. As she begin the examination - hadn't actually touched my mother yet, my mother said very politely, "oh honey, its hurts, please be gentle". Dr. Dawson barked, "don't call me honey, do you know how hard I had to work to become a Dr." Dr. Dawson proceeded to verbally degrade my mother and abruptly left the room. The nurse came in and reviewed the notes Dr. Dawson wrote re:the bloodwork & ultrasound. Dr. Dawson was rude and disrespectful and I wouldn't refer to her anyone! Wouldn't even give her a full star!!

Rude, didnt do through exam, didnt even look at my blood work. Never again will I go to her.
