I have been a patient of Dr. Markin for many years. She is the perfect combination of compassionate and intelligent. Dr. Markin is a highly experienced family practice doctor. One of her strongest attributes is that she is an exceptional listener. In addition, she stays on top of new developments and best practices in medicine. I have always been very impressed with her range of knowledge. Dr. Markin genuinely cares about her patients, which is important as caring health professionals are getting increasingly more difficult to find. You will be in good hands with her.

Refused to give me a prescription for Cipro to take on travel to a 3rd world country. Other physicians have given me this in the past, so it isn't unusual as far as I know. She told me that over the counter stomach medicine would be sufficient. She is wrong.

Dr Markin is a great primary care doctor I have been seeing for eight years. Most of the time I can get an appointment that day or the next. Also, she is very perceptive and knows when I should see a specialist. She always spends as much time with me as is needed.
