NP Robertson was complimentary as soon as she walked in the room. She listened to my concerns and addressed all questions effectively. She suggested options for treatment and asked me about whether I was comfortable with the treatment. She reordered labs and requested new ones in an attempt to get to the root cause of the problem. I also appreciate her transparency and openness when it comes to something she's unfamiliar with and her willingness to explore other unconventional options for care. I am very pleased with the care and would highly recommend a family member or friend.
