I cannot say enough good about Dr. Rousseau! She listens, cares & always takes time with me.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Rousseau on the Anmed website and received an email with an estimate. I tried to access the estimate but the system did not allow me to access the numbers. I call the help desk and they said the clinic did not set me up in the proper way and asked me to call Dr. Rousseau's clinic. I called the clinic and after 45 min with someone on the phone she said she could not help me access the system which I would need for prescription, exam results, and others. She end up saying I should look for another doctor. Wow!!!!

She walks in and starts our new patient visit by telling me what she is not going to do. She talks condensendingly to me and about my previous doctor. Her stethoscope was merely ornamental because it never touched me. I would NOT recommend this DO to anyone.

Dr. Rousseau is great. Her staff is the best I've encountered. They're very friendly, professional, and attentive. They seem to genuinely care about not just my health, but me as a person.

I am completely disappointed in the service from her office. I made a appointment for my yearly checkup 2 weeks ago only to find out that I was never placed in the schedule. 1 hour before my appointment time. 2/10. They only gave me the choice of coming at the end of the day but would only do part of the exam seems kinda like a joke,, but they would get 2 co pays from me instead of one. Guess that's why your only allowed to ask or be concerned about 1 thing when she sees you, as the old signs say posted on the back of the operatory doors..... DIFFENTLY TIME TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR....
