I live in NH and my father lives in FL. Dr Troup has provided excellent care and made my ability to ensure his care easy. Since he refuses to go to medical offices, she went to him. Her ability to speak french as well as english would regularly transcend his negative Dr. attitude and permit the check-ups and medical reviews to continue. When he would not permit the check-up, she would simply come back when he was in a better mood. When outside help was needed, she was there and ensured the proper care was provided. Dr. Troup is wonderful, She is friendly, professional and is always ready and willing to explain and guide you through anything. Dr. Troup provides piece of mind with being knowledgeable, sympathetic and understanding. Dr. Troup is our 90 year old mother's doctor. She keeps us informed by phone or text (my sister & I live out of state) of our mother's medical issues. Recently our mother fell (broke her hip & had surgery) and Dr. Troup was at the hospital and rehab center overseeing her care. She is very thorough and patient, taking time to explain every option to us. I would highly recommend her.

I have finally found the doctor that I have been searching for! Dr. Troup is always available to answer my questions by phone. I speak with her directly not a medical assistant. My appointments always start on time and are never hurried. She addresses all of my problems not just one, like my prior doctor. Most importantly she is very thorough and educates me about my diagnoses. She is more than my doctor, she is my friend. I recommend her highly!

Dr. Troupe is phenomenal--such personal care! She's very knowledgeable, never rushes and actually called me to ask how I was after I went to the ER (the hospital is taking their ever-lovin' time sending her the results!).
