As far as family practice doctors go, she is the best! Not only is she very knowledgeable, she will actually break it down to you so you can understand exactly what's going on. Ask the questions....just a great change of pace!!

I started going to Ascension Primary Care Middleburg to have a medical provider near my home. After going through 3 physicians and 1 RNP (they all left the practice) I started seeing Dr.TR. Nice person but just not responsive. I have never been called with results from any tests even if they showed conditions that needed follow-up. If they did not have the patient portal, I would not get results. She wants you to make an appointment to come in and get results. When tests are normal, that is a waste of time and money. If they are not normal, I expect a call to say make appointment to discuss treatment options. I have emailed her on the portal and never got a response. Four days ago I called asking for orders to repeat a sonogram as was the radiologist’s recommendation to check cysts on kidney. No response. She has not read the email messages from staff. It does not make sense to me to make appointment, wait to be seen, pay co-pay when there is nothing to be discussed but the orders for… the follow-up tests. Then we can talk.
