Thank heaven for Dr. Chong and her wonderful office. Admitted me immediately for a difficult wound reconstruction and achieved a perfect result! Her office is a beautiful calm oasis - I immediately felt well cared for and I was in skilled, professional hands. The best care ever! Would not go to anyone else.

Promised good results tor skin rejuvenation. Had the work done paid $2000. about one month later all spots came back. She tried something else. Helped a little, still not satisfactory. She talks all the time but results are poor. Save your money. I thru away $2000.

I informed Dr. Chong when she first walked in to the exam room that I have a pacemaker. She said she appreciated my transparency and didn't think that would preclude me having a face lift with her. I decided to have Dr. Chong do my surgery and scheduled it months in advance. I had paid in full, had my labs drawn and continually received reminder e-mails and text messages from her office . Dr. Chong decided to notify me at virtually the last minute I was cancelled because her office "did not have the time earlier in the week to inform me. Two weeks later I had my desired face lift with another plastic surgeon. The anesthesiologist as well as the surgical center that had overnight facilities, reported I was about the most "stable" patient possible and were visibly shocked when I told them Dr. Chong had cancelled me.

Dr Chong was friendly and accommodating until she realized the second surgery, intended to correct the first, was not successful. Then she was dismissive and condescending. When I expressed dissatisfaction, her response was, "What do you want? I'm giving you my time." Presently, I am looking for a reputable dr. to correct the botched mess she left me with.

I did have to wait an hour before I saw Dr. Chong. Her staff was apologetic and they gave me some lovely products for the wait. My consultation was helpful and informative. I enjoyed Dr. Chong very much. She was extremely knowledgeable.

I saw Dr Chong for a consultation for explant surgery. I chose her because of the excellent reviews I have read and I wasn't disappointed. Everyone was very polite And dr Chong was very thorough. I didn't feel rushed. I have been to one other explant consult and felt bad afterwards like I needed tons of reconstruction to look normal after implant removal, I was also pressure for more implants. not with Dr Chong I felt like she understood my wants and needs and not once did she make me feel bad. Actually I felt great and like I can trust her. Awesome caring and professional. I will be using and recommending Dr Chong.

Dr. Lavinia is truly gifted and talented as a surgeon. She's also very humble and has great bedside manner pre and post surgery. She offers much more than just surgery. She has industry expertise and knows what's best for different situations. Her staff is also fun and knowlegable. I would definitely recommend anyone to Dr. Chong's practice
