She was so worried about how she looked (it was obvious her face and lips were swollen from a procedure she had just had). Smug & vain for no reason. Quite laughable honestly..

This office is absolutely horrible. They constantly make excuses for their mistakes by blaming pharmacies and she is very rude if you question anything that she does! Stay away from this place!!!

I used to be a patient of Dr. Woods about a year and a half ago. I switched drs for a while but I decided to go back to her. I went in for a simple medication refill and she scheduled a blood draw and a urine test from me the same day. She also refused to give me one of my medications. Some people might like her bluntness but I did not appreciate it. As a dr. You should appeal to all kinds of patients, not just the kind who like it how it is.

If you have any major problems, find a new dr. They don't know anything about testing and I still question why she did not follow up on severe results from my tests. I guess if she don't make money off you, you are not important.

the staff was very friendly and courteous except for 1 nurse. this was our first visit to dr wood. she saw my husband and me at the same time. she pretty much didnt do anything for us. she listened to our heart and lungs, asked a couple of questions and threatened to fire us if we were not compliant. she knew nothing about us and didnt try to get to know us. no follow up visits were scheduled. she commented " oh you need med refills" and we recieved no refills for any meds. our pharmacy has to call for refills from her. she threatens to fire us if we are uncompliant but now my husband is doing without some of his meds because refills werent caught and he is on so many meds for multiple health issues he has no idea any more what isnt there. the only thing she reschedules is lab work that is off. not happy about any of this but dont have many choices here for drs
