Rude and dry office staff Doctors are no better!!! Refuse to see your child if you don't have your insurance card and been a patient for years. On top of not accepting your insurance any more. When asked when was I going to be informed no answer. Sad!! You try to support small private practice and get treated poorly.

I had a 9:00 appt, and Dr. Starks didnt arrive to the office until 9:30. I have had issues with extended times for the last year.

We love Dr. Starks. Yes, you do sometimes have to wait, it's a doctor's office not everything goes as planned. I have only had to wait once and that was because I was late. Every other time I arrived 10 to 15 minutes early and was in within 15 minutues or less. If you need an appointment right away, they are very accommodating and try their best to fit you in. Dr. Starks is also very honest. If you ask a direct questions you get answers. Being a new mom she understood that I had questions and never made me feel inadequate or irrational like some doctors do. My child is now two and a half and will not be going anywhere else. I highly recommend her for any child.
