Nice doctor who are there for you when you need a doctor. He takes great care and is open to any suggestions and options.

A year and a half ago I had an appointment with Dr. Hicks for a bad cough when my PCP was unavailable at the Treat Blvd. location. He also had his ‘ scribe” with him as he referred to her recording the visit?, along with Rebeccah, one if the rudest, sloppiest Doctor’s Assistants I have ever encountered. She chewed bubble gum an blew & snapped bubbles while reviewing my prescription history. I didn’t realize I was going to a deposition. Dr Hicks is one of the rudest, most condescending, sarcastic, abrupt and rough Physicians I have ever had to endure in my 66 years of normally excellent health care in the John Muir system. I was so insulted. Never again.
