Dr. Alder took the time to get to know me and my health background. I felt seen and heard. He cares about his patients and strives to ensure their wellbeing is a priority. Amazing staff.

One of the best Physicians in Kerrville! Our relationship started slow, but that was my fault, not Dr.Alders. His predecessor, who became ill, was the physician I initially chose to be my PCP. He was brilliant! I did not handle the change of physicians as a professional should, and it reflected in the way I treated Dr. Alder. That was my mistake, I regret, and I told Dr. Alder so. He deserved better! He turned out to be a Godsend for this patient and Kerrville.  He went above and beyond to help me, and although we did not always see eye to eye, he always told it like it was, and he was usually right. Thank you, Sir, for being so compassionate to this older patient. Rob PS: His nurse Martha is a natural-born nurse and nurturer. She was born to help others, and it shows.

Dr. Alder came into the room licking his lips and swallowing food. He barely acknowledged me, looking at my chart and not me. Then when he did look at me he called me by a name other than my own. He had the wrong chart and had to go get my chart. He was very ODD to say the least.

Dr. Elder is very thorough, knowledgeable and considerate! The office staff are generally pleasant and considerate as well

Dr. Alder has to be one of the finest doctors I have ever met, he is the reason my husband is alive and I can not express my gratitude for him. Thank you from our family, the Courtock's (Sheri, wife, Amber, our daughter and our two grandsons Hunter and Cody)

I cannot believe how inefficient this office has become. They never send out referrals on time, and they make very lame excuses as to why after 9 days nothing has been done. It's no wonder that the person who does referrals "quit." The front office is horrid.
