Dr. Lawrence Steven Awbrey

He and his whole staff are very rude. Terrible bedside manner. Inconsiderate toward patients. Paid for procedure but then was billed and told they had no record of payment saying my payment was for other procedures. Such a liar. My whole family of 4 people had similar experiences with the rudeness so we all never went back. Even said something to nurse about his attitude when they called to schedule next yearly exam and she said a lot of people say the same thing

Dr. Abree is a wonderful dentist, I’ve been going there almost 30 years, recently moved to Ventura, I still make the drive because I would never go to any other dentist. He is painless, patient and an artist when it comes to making my teeth look great. His staff is caring and very patient. I highly recommend

No doctor available for a month. Staff did not warn me until after cleaning/x-rays. They knew I was having pain when I made the appointment. They took my money for cleaning even that's not why I was there. Very dishonest.

I visited Dr. Awbrey and the other dentists thought I needed a root canal. I did not I had a sinus infection that caused a lot of pain to my teeth and gums. Dr. Awbrey spent a lot of time with me checking everything out over and over again. He told me the infection was coming from my sinuses and he was not going to give me a root canal when I did not need one. He was right I went back to my doctor and he checked me over and said Dr. Awbrey was right. I am so happy I had a dentist who cared more about his patient than charging for work that did not need to be done. He takes time with his patients what a Blessing. Valerie McWilliams Kagel

Prior to this I had some bad experiences with dentists so I was relieved when I saw Dr. Awbrey who charged by my insurance guidelines and did the necessary work with as little pain as possible. So far I'm happy with the work.
