The doctor and nurse refused to wear a mask to protect an elderly patient with conjestive heart failure and COPD. Only after threatening to take business elsewhere would they put one on. The doctor said they did not work.

I am from a Specialist Office and had requested a referral for a patient for their appt from Dr Bailey's office and have been getting the run around. I need the office manager to contact our office for assistance

I am trying to understand how a doctor can move his practice and not notify his patients prior to moving? I have been trying for over 3 weeks to get in touch with his office. I had no idea he had moved, and when I called another doctors office on the same building, all they could tell me was he was no longer associated with that office and had no phone number for the new office. I have been out of my prescription over 3 weeks now. I finally found his new location and called. All I got was a voice mail box that was full. I called another doctor in that office and they were able to connect me with a receptionist. I ask her why she hasn’t called his patients to notify us that there was a move, she replied, I’m doing that now! She informed me that the phone company has not been able to connect the phone system since May 1st. May 1st is a long time with no phone service for a doctors office don’t you think. She informed me that they were working from the personal cell phones. I… finally talked with a nurse and she told me that she had faxed my prescription in twice, which the pharmacy said they have been trying for a month to get s reply from the doctor about my prescription. I wonder how the doctors office faxed my prescription in since the have no phone Sevice? I called back to the pharmacy and they informed me that still have not received anything from his office. Bottom line, I am still without my prescription. This has to be the most unprofessional situation I have ever had with a doctors office. I have been a patient with him for a year and a half. I m just glad my medication is not life threatening.
