Dr. Lawrence David Bossong

Doctor Bossong was very nice and I have no complaints about his abilities. However, I would never recommend him to anyone as my experience with the people in charge of his billing was awful. They did not respond to requests from my insurance company for X-rays, and in the end charged me hundreds of dollars more (with interest) for their own mistake. It took nearly a year for them to stop recharging me for bills already paid, that should’ve been covered by insurance. It was an awful experience. The doctor is fine, but the staff is incompetent.

Dr. Bossong and his team are absolutely amazing. My wife had a horrible experience with another dental surgeon where she was aware of what was happening and she felt the whole thing. She was extremely hesitant to do another oral surgery. I found positive reviews for Dr. Bossong we decided to give him a try. I am so glad we did! We explained the situation to him and he was so compassionate and reassuring. She has now had 2 great experiences, and she won't go to anyone else for oral surgery.

Dr, Bosspng saw me a number of times to correct a problem that another dentist had caused. He was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful with regard to my problem. He also extracted a tooth at a previous visit during which I had no pain and was surprised it had been done in such a short time.

I have visited Dr.Bossong several times over the years for single extractions and for full mouth extractions prior to getting dentures. He is an amazing surgeon. My discomfort after surgery was minimal and I highly recommend his services. I plan to take my friend to see him soon.

Dr. Bosong is a kind and knowledgable oral surgeon. He came highly recommended to us, and it is clear why. He took the time to speak with both of my children and clearly explained the process to them. We did not feel rushed during any of our appointments (from initial to follow up care.) The majority of his staff are professional and clearly skilled with dealing with the public. HOWEVER, one of his employees (who assists during the surgery) lacks the compassion of a mouse. She is rude in discussing situations of other clients (without providing names - I'll give her that), is condescending toward parents - including when they express worry about their child - and in my opinion would be better off working without contact to patients and their families. Because the majority of our experiences were excellent, I ranked it down to Good/Average based on the fact that her lack of ability to relate to the patients tarnished our overall experience.

He pulled a broken molar and had to cut into my gum and sew it back in place. Wonderful job! I had less pain than with any other dentist and procedures. Very relieved and pleased with the entire staff and whole experience.

Best tooth extraction ever. Highly recommend.
