Dr. Lawrence V Deck, MD

17 years ago I fell off a 60 ft cliff. I had so many issues after I was released from the hospital, I need a primary care Dr to help me manage them all. My mother had heard wonderful things about Dr. Deck so we made an appointment and we have never looked for another. Time after time Dr Deck has been able to identify my different problems and provide treatment OR if it’s something not in his realm of expertise he will refer me to the best Dr for my situation. More than once Dr. Deck has saved my life. My dad became Dr Decks patient until he died at 96yrs old, my wife and my 2 adult children all seen Dr Deck because he is the best in Oklahoma. I GLADLY followed him to MDVIP for $1500 a year. I get YEARLY testing that is not done at normal physicians offices AND a 2 hour appointment to explain it all. If I need something after hours or on the weekend I call the office number and most of the time Dr. Deck himself answers the phone, or his head nurse answers and they help me immediately.… Over the years he’s had some staff that were rude, but they are gone within a short amount of time. When I call they know who I am and they deal with whatever I need within a few hours, I’ve never had to leave a message and wait til the next Buisness day for someone to call me back to see why I called, that’s not how this office operates. Dr Deck and his staff are very personable and and Dr Decks bedside manner is top notch!! Never have I felt anything except cared for at his office. If you want a Dr and office staff who will take care if you and your problems, this is the Dr to see.

Don't bother reading the two poor reviews. They are upset because dr deck fired them as patients when he moved to mvdip. I moved over to mvdip with him and the 1500 is well worth. Actually it's a bargain. He is the best doctor I've ever had.

Dr.Deck was wonderful, accurate, and spent time getting to know what my issue was. Truly a Doctor who cares. I recommend him to anyone. Great person overall.

DECK DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ALL JUST INTRESTED IN THE MONEY,HE HAS NO BEDSIDE MANNER.

I will not refer anyone. I am not pleased with his performance as a Dr. anymore. He used to be really good and used to care. His staff is rude and uncaring. He just refers you to someone else to handle your problem. NOw he has gone this MDVIP and nothing is going to change until he changes. When he was with mercy he was good and on top of things. He went off on his own and his caring went down also. And to ask us to pay 1500.00 a year? For what? To get refered? I dont need his referral with my insurance. Find a better doctor.

I am uplifted and greatful for the help Dr. Deck has always given me.

Dr. Deck does not waste your time but is willing to spend as much time with you as needed. He doesn't rush through the appointment or give the feeling that he needs to move on to the next patient. He is completely up-front and honest regardless if the news is not favorable and makes you feel comfortable
