Dr. Lawrence Thomas Demilio, MD

I will never see this man again he was arrogant judgmental did not listen and told me to stop talking, told me I was going to stroke out, arrogantly acted like he had so much power because he hold the prescription pad which he can shove up......anyway steer clear of this guy he is not good and should be on the patient safety list. By the way he worked at the Allentown state hospital a long time ago with several other doctors who have went out on their own. They all quit together and well this guy turned out to be a total arrogant jerk. Go back to nj

Worst psychiatrist I have ever worked with. Wanted to take me off all meds told me I was going to stroke out and then just wrote me a script for whatever he felt was necessary instead of weaning me off the one he should have. Luckily I got help and was able to be somewhat weaned off by my current doctor that it awful as well. The Lehigh valley has the worst psychiatrists in the Eastern Region of the world!

I would honestly give this guy a zero if there was one. We came by one day to have a refill on my daughter's medications. We were waiting in the waiting room, and we could hear laughing, but when we went inside was nothing but rude. he asked me and my daughter rhetorical, kindergarten questions and was super grumpy. My daughter started crying, and he rudely asked "Why are you crying?" as if it were her fault. She said she didn't want to talk about it but instead of moving he kept insisting, saying "She is the conversation now." after five minutes of rude staring, my daughter finally lost it and got really mad, and I don't blame her. He then refused to give us the meds, saying this was clearly a "meditation failure". I'll spare you the details, but all I'm saying was there was a lot of cursing from one person. We left with a threat to call the ER or police and no prescription. Save yourselves some money an don't go here.

Not thorough, arrogant, selfish, told me to go to the ER, told me I was going to have serious medical issues. Prescribed me whatever he want and didn’t prescribe 1 medication in which could potentially send me to the ER because I have been taking it for over 15 years. That’s not a good doctor, that’s not a doctor that listens to your needs or concerns, that’s not a good person. This arrogant man should have his 42 year long license revoked and forced to retire. With all the money he made off of you fools he is living the good life much better than any of us that are viewed as small people to him because after all he has the pen and pad which controls your future. This man should be ashamed of himself and know that every time he looks in the mirror he made a mistake with me and then he should remember that he has made mistakes with others as well. Take a look at yourself your just like any other person out there. Listen to me and listen to me well. You are disrespectful to me and by… being disrespectful to myself that includes my family, my health, my life. I have no respect for a man that is stubborn and thick headed as yourself. You need to change not for the purpose of being a psychiatrist, but for the reason of being a good human being. Truly unimpressed with you. You failed me. You shouldn’t fail anyone and I am one of your patients telling you this. So remember this you failed me. One person too many. Good luck in your future. Do is all a favor and retire because it is clearly time for you to do so instead of wasting your time and everyone else’s with your stupid sessions and fake secretary. Go look in the mirror and admit to yourself that you do not treat patients right instead you treat them like subordinates. We are all the same you are no better than I and I am no better than you. I sat down with him he fired off questions at me while seeming mildly annoyed the entire time. Also during our session, he continually checked his phone which is of course insulting. At the end he obtained basically zero information about me then he told me my condition is about as common as the cold.

I found how quickly he prescribed me was a little too fast and want to know more about this doctor
