Dr. Lawrence Donald Deshaw, MD

Clearly Dr. DeShaw does NOT evaluate all of the facts before making judgement. As the urgent care site leader for the Burmsville, MN clinic, his charter is to make decisions based on the bottom line, not the concerns raised by patients regarding medical care, or lack of, recieved from patients. Unfortunately from the form letter response I recieved from Park Nicollet in regards to a concern I raised about my recent visit with physicians assistant which resulted in the need for a 2nd visit 2 days later, Dr DeShaw response only focused on the fact the the cost of the visit was my responsibility and he did not even address the concern I raised. Bottom line is, it's about the bottom line at Park Nicollet, not the quality of care provided..
