Staff needs basic 101 training how to ask and update patient information not schedule another patient over my scheduled and carefully planned appointment for my bandaid tooth because the staff dropped the ball and didn’t do their job. I should not have to pay the price for their incompetence in obtaining basic patient information. You don’t treat your patients like this. Like disposable patients. Worst experience worst bedside manner.

I literally was coming in from Chino Hills for my scheduled appointment with a bandaid tooth that desperately needed a crown only for the staff to tell me they book another patient over my appointment. The staff apparently dropped the ball when they scheduled my very specific appointment and forgot to even ask me if any of my information had changed. Since they couldn’t reach me they decided to schedule someone else over my appointment. You can’t treat people like they are disposable with a bandaid tooth because the staff dropped the ball and didn’t update my address and number. I have never been treated so badly by a dentist ever. Worst bedside manner ever. Staff should have apologized for not doing their job and updating my patient information on my previous visit and the Dentist realizing their staff didn’t do their job class 101 in dental school and made it right.
