Waited over 2 hours in waiting room. Nasty receptionist said it's always like this. Very poor management. Left without seeing doctor. Receptionist was very busy going through her personal mail. Would have been nice to be told to show up three hours after scheduled time. What a waste of a beautiful day. Never again.

One phone call to his office made me decide not to see this doctor, who seems to have good reviews but I would never know if they are true due to the rude and discourteous staff that answers the phone. The woman was so rude in answering a basic insurance question that I decided not to see this doctor. Imagine having to deal with rude staff when you are placing your health care in their hands?

From the first phone conversation with his very caring and informed staff, I knew that I had found the right doctor. I had been not feeling well and was concerned that I had something seriously wrong with me. The doctor takes the time to talk to you and find out what is bothering you. He sent me for tests, then explained the results. Overall, he makes you feel very confident that you are being looked after by someone who is knowledgeable AND caring, which is a very rare combination. I feel very lucky to have found somone who is skilled and obviously enjoys his profession. His staff is also excellent and all together makes for a very good experience. You may have to wait a little but it is more than worth it.
