Minimal wait. Great Doctor Highly recommend.

The staff and doctor are unprofessional. Very difficult to get a hold of the doctor. Poor patient care. Poor follow up. Poor communication. Staff is unhelpful and show no respect to privacy. Wrong prescription given three different times. Rushed in and out of the office.

No vital signs were taken. No education over illness given. No feedback given. Doctor must have spent one minute with me. I had many concerns. I was concerned about my current health and had to ask for my vital signs to be taken. The nurse said this is urology and we don't have a thermometer. The nurse addressed the issues I had out in the hall way in front or other patients and other staff. The nurse and doctor showed very little respect towards me and I observed other staff speak rudely to one another. I requested to see the office manager. She provided me the appropriate care herself. I thank her for that, but no one should be treated so poorly. Do not recommend, this particular doctor or nurse.

I was told by Urgicare Center, in the year 2004, he was an awesome medical doctor in urology. Because of my diagnoses, he explained to me I had a serious blockage in my urinary tract. It's been 12 years since the surgery. He's still the best. He's also good in referrals.

Surgeon saw me quickly and responded to my needs accurately. Excellent credentials. Quick appointment and efficient. In and out easily. Did not waste my time chatting.
