Dr. Lawrence Jaeger

My major complaint about Dr. Jeager's Office is that I was treated by a Physican's Assistant (PA), working under Jeager's Licence, not by an actual Doctor. I never saw, or was examined by a Doctor while I was there. If They Charge you as much as they do, you should be examined an actual Doctor. They alsomade me wait 35 minutes in the exam room.

I recommend this medical practice. The doctors are all very skilled and the Physician's Assistants are all licensed and certified. They really care about their patients. highly recommend!!!

I LIKED THE OFFICE...DR JAEGER AND HIS PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE AND REALLY CARE. THERE WERE A FEW CELEBRITY PATIENTS IN THE OFFICE WHEN I ARRIVED AND I WAS NOT ASKED TO WAIT ANY LONGER THEN THEY WERE WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY REFRESHING. WE WERE ALL TREATED WITH THE SAME COURTESY AND RESPECT.VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND I WILL GO BACK

These guys advertise on Google for STD testing. It is a total rip off. They don't t take insurance for the tests, just for office visits. So I paid $350 for what I thought was a comprehensive round of STD tests.ONLY a blood test was given, which I was told would test for everything. I was also seen by someone I have come to understand was NOT a doctor, but some kind of "provider", whatever that means.Calling that night to get the results, I was told I was positive for Chlamydia and asked if wanted to come in and get anti-biotics. Upon asking some follow up questions, I was told I should come in and talk with a provider (note: NOT a doctor). It turns out that the blood test they give can ONLY tell if you have the anti-bodies, NOT IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE Chlamydia. That can ONLY be tested by a urine or swab test, which they did not do. So I went it the next day and asked the provider why they didn't do the urine test, at which point he said they could do it but it would be extra. He… also told me I was positive for Herpes, both type 1 (cold sores) and type 2 (genital herpes). Well this was a shock to me, as I've never had any symptoms and never been with someone who had symptoms. After the experience with the Chlamydia test, I had doubts about the herpes test, so I went on the net to research the test and results. Turns out there are different kinds of Herpes tests. They are NOT all accurate at telling the difference between cold sore herpes and genital herpes. Even though they advertise all over the net that they are STD testing specialist, they DO NOT USE THE ACCURATE herpes test!!! Unbelievable. I gave up on Advanced Dermatology completely and went to another STD testing place. They took my insurance. It was $25 to re-do all the tests correctly. Guess what? I do NOT have Chlamydia or genital herpes.Not only did I waste $350, and two office visits, I also had the pleasure of walking around thinking I had Chlamydia and genital herpes for two weeks.
