Dr. Lawrence J Kales, MD

I've been going to Pasco Hernando foot and ankle with Dr Kales for about 4 years now. Everyone there is so friendly. The offices and treatment rooms are very clean. I've never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointment. The doctor and all of the staff answer all your questions. I would recommend him to anyone, and I have!

After about 4 visits or so, this guy never spent more than 2 minutes in the room and he never even touched me. He never shook my hand nor did he ever touch my feet. He prescribed an ointment for the bottom of my feet but when I told him that I couldn't reach the bottom of my feet, he told that was my problem and not his. WORST doctor ever. This place is no more than an insurance mill for them to make money. He even tried to sell me on some shoes that weren't available anywhere else but in his lobby along with some sort of miracle cream also available only in his lobby. I'll never go back.

Cheated me out of $165. Wouldn’t bill my insurance. Terrible place.

There is much to be said about Dr Kales and his staff. They exemplify a high level of professionalism and care that is rarely found with healthcare these days. I highly recommend him and his staff for your needs.

I am a new resident to Spring Hill, Florida needing to see a “foot” doctor because I am diabetic. Upon seeing Dr. Kale it was determined that I had an ulcer on the bottom of my left big toe. He and his staff put a plan into place. I saw him every week for about one month. He was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. I was comfortable and felt like I was in good hands. He let me know that he truly cared about my foot and wanted it to be taken care of. He spent time with me. I can’t say enough good things about his staff. They were all very kind and helpful.
