This doctor should be completely ashamed of his conduct. If he treats everyone as poorly as he treated me (for 40 years it says he has been practicing!) then no wonder WV is deep in a mental health crisis! This man is not helping and certainly made any issues I had much worse. He presumed to know how I felt and cut me off numerous times. He told me countless times that I did not know my own story, that I was wrong. How can I be wrong? It is my story. Maybe he treats men differently. But, as a women, I felt completely shut out, talked over, and even yelled at. How insulting, infuriating and demeaning. Even harassing. I only went once. Go figure.

What a terrible psychiatrist! I felt demeaned and belittled. He probed way further into my private life than was necessary. He was rude and accused me of not knowing how I felt. I will never return to this man. He seemed cold and soulless.

I have been seeing Dr. Kelly since 2005. I have nothing negative to say. He has always been there for me and takes his time to help me. At some points in my life, I have only had to see him every 6 months. I am not at a good point, at the moment, so I go every 4 weeks. I don’t know what I would have done without him. The office staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Dr. Kelly takes the time to listen to you. He answers all of your questions and concerns. He goes above and beyond to help you in any way that he can.

Dr. Kelly listens, keeps you on track with subject at hand, is a very caring doctor. Have been seeing Dr. Kelly for several years and i always feel better than when I came in. I feel lucky to have found him.
