Dr. Lawrence Alan Lefkoff, MD

I would NOT recommend Lefkoff. An area of 5” x7” on my neck did not reattach and resulted in necrotic tissues that required 3 months of specialty wound care after my neck lift by Lefkoff. I have permanent scarring, loss of mobility, dead nerves, uneven chin line, ripples in cheeks. In addition he promised in person in his office to pay for my out-of-pocket expenses for the wound care and agreed to refund my surgery fees. But the office manager then told me that they will not do that. Lefkoff has never answered my letters or phone calls. I have since consulted with other plastic surgeons and the current standard practice for this surgery is to use drains so that swelling is minimized and skin can re-attach easily. Lefkoff does not use drains. Do not trust him.

I had a lower face lift for approx. 9 months ago and give Dr Lefkoff my highest recommendation. I am very pleased with my experience and the result.

Dr. Lefkoff and his staff are exceptionally good. They are very cordial and helpful. They take their time with you and there is never any pressure that you may feel at some other doctors offices. I highly recommend Dr. Lefkoff and will continue to see him,

In my opinion he is one of the best! Your only concern might be the cost. His services are expensive and he requires procedures to be done at Northside which is also expensive. Best staff, never a wait and very good follow up. You get what you pay for with Dr. Lefkoff.
