Dr. Lawrence Peter Leichman, MD

Dr. Leichman saved my life by choosing the right hemo therapy after three surgeries (stomach cancer). I had been treated with humanuty and care I will never forget in my entire life, I am unable to thank You enough, Dr. Leichman.

I think that Dr. Lawrence Leichman is the highest level Professional I had ever met. He is also a wonderful person, who, impressed me with kindness and humanity. God stay with You, Doctor and all your loved once for ever and ever! Happy and healthy New Year!

Mean, nasty and cold- should never have been a doctor. Besides awful personality doesn’t seem to know much either or be relatable to a patient. Rather not have a dr then to be seen by him. Didn’t seem committed, no empathy, made it difficult to ask him questions, always seemed annoyed, etc. He’s also bounced around a bit- not well known- surprising since he’s been around a while.

Worse experience I have ever had with a Doctor.

If you want a doctor who will just tell you what you want to hear and will hold your hand, this is NOT the doctor for you. But if you want a very competent doctor who will call a spade a spade and respects your intelligence and wishes and has a phenomenal support staff, this is the doctor for you.

I find Dr. Leichman has very little to NO bedside mannor. He seems to overly sure that his way is the only way in treatment. If you are looking for hope you won't get it from him he is cold in his reference to you be a patient. He has given me little hope even with the scans and test that show my cancer isn't growing. He says he diesn't belive them. This makes me just want to give us. Is this what it is all about? I wouldn't want a family member to have this doctor. But I am stuck.
