Dr. Lawrence Strong Moffatt JR., MD

Dr. Moffatt is a very compassionate and intelligent physician, a mix that can be hard to find in the medical field. He's very on the ball when it comes to my numerous issues, and isn't afraid to address issues that need to be addressed. Would highly recommend

Dr. Moffatt is very professional and caring. He is by far the Best Dr. I've ever had out of the 3 I've previously had. I would recommend him to anyone who wants someone to be Honest and give the absolute best care.

I have been seeing Dr. Moffatt for about 5 years. More and more I find him spending less time and doesn't seem to understand my issue with shortness of breath. Today he asked if I have seen a pulmonologist, when if fact he was the one referring me to one several years ago! It's as if he didn't even look at my chart nor know who I was. I made the decision today to find another doctor. Not to mention that the parking conditions at Charlotte Medical Clinic is a nightmare! I'm done!

Dr.Moffatt is a perfectionist,so professional and caring to his patients,i first met him in Lynchburg,Virginia and when his left and went to NC so didi,i had so many close calls,if it wasnt for his experience of medical care ,im not sure where i would be,thank you Dr.M for you care n kibd friendship.

Very nice doctor and responsive staff

Not sure how Dr. Moffatt only got 3's out of 5's. This doctor is brilliant, and when he is with you, makes you feel like he'd stay all day if needed.

I was very impressed with Dr. Moffatt. He listened well, did not rush me at all, listened to all of my concerns and seemed as if he genuinely cared. I've been to quite a few GPs and he is undoubtedly one of the best. Will be sticking with him for my primary care.

I am 49 yrs old. I have seen Dr. Moffatt for approx 3 years as my G.P. He is the best, most thorough Dr. I have ever seen. He is knowledgeable and gives me plenty of time at each appointment. he has helped me with migraines. He gives very good referrals and his specialty is Nephrology is an added bonus.

The doctor is great, but rarely gives diagnosis, usually referring you to many specialists. The check-in staff and appointment staff is very good. The nurses are the problem. Not once, have the nurses followed up as they were asked to do by the doctor. Even worse is the amount of time they take to do anything. Ive had several tests with pending problems, and they never called me. I have had referrals that were needed immediately, yet weeks passed and I had to call them many, many times for response. My problems are acute in nature. They require immediate attention. People could have serious diseases that escalated by the time these people get around to contacting the patient. Even worse, once contacted, often the referrals or information is for the wrong type of physician, or wrong tests ordered. It is sad, because Dr Moffatt is a nice man.
