Dr. Mufson is very thorough and professional, although it seems that he is not paying attention, he does listen to all your questions and concerns. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable The front desk could improve in keeping patients informed about the schedule delay.

Dr Mufson, listened to my concerns and understands. He explains the medical side, and allows me to decide. The office is large and seems well equipped. But why do the persons checking you in and out speak so loudly, even though I’m standing right in front of them?

I checked in at the main desk early. I was not informed that Dr. Mufson’s was running late until à half he later when I reminded them I had. 10:am appointment. I finally saw the Dr at 11:10. The front desk knew he was running late and should have informed me so I could have rescheduled my appointment
