Dr. Lawrence Joseph Murphy IV, MD

Saw him for 5 minutes during my first appointment. All other appointments have been with his nurse or PAs. (7 total now)I was admitted into the hospital for a severe GI bleed (after being in his care for 6 months), loosing 6 units of blood according to my hematologist, yet I still haven’t seen him again, only seeing his nurse and PAs. I’ve left messages wanting to speak with him, but I only get his nurses on the phone. I’ve had multiple tests done. He never calls with the results. After calling multiple times weeks later, his PAs or nurse call me back with the results even if they are abnormal! He has staffing issues: not passing his messages on, he needs to improve on patient interaction: seeing them himself, not using his PAs and nurses for all or most appointments. (I’m shocked he still seeing new patients with how little I’ve seen him)
