What is our philosophy?
Dr. Nurin and his dedicated staff are committed to providing his patients with the best dental care with the least expense and stress possible. He achieves this high standard by incorporating the latest technologies and procedures in a communicative, comfortable and friendly environment. Your complete satisfaction is the ultimate goal.
For instance: Dr. Nurin has a twenty-four-hour emergency service and will see emergency patients as soon as possible...he lives within twenty five minutes of his office and will respond to emergency patients almost immediately.
Also, nitrous oxide and sedatives are provided for his more apprehensive patients and arrangements can be made to have the treatment provided while his patients are asleep.
What does periodontal treatment involve?
After reviewing your medical and dental history, Dr. Nurin will examine your gums, teeth and mouth. This examination will include looking at the color and firmness of your gums, studying which teeth are loose and checking how much gum tissue has been damaged. Necessary radiographs may be taken to evaluate the bone supporting the remaining teeth.
After gathering this information, Dr. Nurin will discuss your condition with you and suggest the most helpful treatment necessary for your dental health.
What are office procedures?
To allow sufficient time for individual attention, Dr. Nurin sees patients by appointment only. Please be assured that every effort is made to honor your appointment time and he asks that you extend the same courtesy. If an unanticipated circumstance requires you to either run late or cancel, please call as soon as possible.
What are the benefits of seeing a periodontist?
Besides fresh breath, a renewed confidence in your smile, restored oral health and a new sense of health and vitality, you'll be able to chew your food more easily and enjoy foods you may have avoided because they were too difficult to eat.
