Dr. Lawrence F Pearson, MD

He makes it a point as far as I can gather from my experience to get to know his patients. You never see a Nurse Practitioner, but Dr Pearson every appointment! He took the time in the beginning to talk a bit and never seems rushed, and is thorough in explaining things and eager to make sure you have a healthy pregnancy. My last pregnancy was with a busy office where I was just a number and hardly ever saw the doctor. And they certainly didn't spend time talking diet or asking questions - or any of that. I'm so happy I found Dr Pearson and am having a completely different experience this time! His office is a bit more "old school" - and some labs have to be done elsewhere - but it makes up for the attention you get as a patient.

Best obgyn ever. Kind concerned and really smart. Always feel safe under his care. Thanks Dr. Pearson!

Made innapropriate comments, made me extremely uncomfortable, and was rude and un-professional.

Without going into details, I will just say Dr. Pearson has no business practicing medicine! Do NOT go to this doctor!!!!!!!!

Staff is horrendously RUDE!!! They always have an attitude. Be prepared to wait over an hour in the waiting room, and another hour in the exam room. Worst medical experience EVER!!!

Recent visits proving this MD can be physically rough and callouse with regards to understanding and treating the WHOLE patient. Granted, he is an obgyn, however, women as a whole, are dominated by their female reproductive systems - from delicate genetalia to hormones. This MD seems far removed from that concept. My experiences with him this far have me carefully searching for his replacement. I will not return and subject myself to his rough physical approach nor his poor bedside manner. Myself and several close friends and family members have had Dr.Bianchi as their MD for nearly two decades and the general consensus is, he will be missed especially in wake of poor experiences with his replacement physician. We knew Dr. Bianchi held our best interest first and foremost as he approached his treatment plans. I regret that I did not have the positive experiences as others here have, however, I know I'm not alone.

Dr. Bianchi made a good choice in referring me to this doctor. My first time visit with Dr. Pearson was great - I found him kind and considerate. He explained issues with me and answered all my questions and fears - which took extra time (and I appreciated that). Staff and office are courteous and caring.

Never in my life have a met a physician who cares so much about his patients. When I first met him he asked me all about my history and helped me more than I knew anyone could. I have been going to see him (and only him) for the past 14 years and am happy to soon see him in his new office in Fallbrook. He is a very caring and competent physician and surgeon. Don't hesitate to put your trust in this kind man.

Dr. Pearson delivered my baby at Fallbrook Hospital. I have to admit my first few visits with him were informational and he made me feel comfortable. He does demonstrate that patients health is more important than his schedule however does not live up to it. I was in labor and he came in when I started pushing (fallbrook hospital nurses were so wonderful!) and he sat 5 feet from me, not even acknowledging me or informing me of my progress... It made me feel uncomfortable him sitting so far away just occasionally glancing at my vagina while I was pushing and made me feel his conversation with the nurse (their conversation not even relating to me at all) was more important than my labor. He actually left 10 minutes after I started pushing without even informing me and when my babies head was crowning, the nurse had to yell for him to get back into the room!!! He made me feel like I was just another number. He then informed me that I needed to make an appointment one week postpartum and… didn't inform me why and just left my room. When I arrived at his office, the nurses and I both seemed to be confused of why I was there. I then went in for my 6 week check up and he did a procedure on me (without explaining what exactly he was doing) that put me in pain for days after. He then prescribed me birth control (it was a Tuesday) and told me to start taking them that Sunday. I then informed him my Medical would be discontinued that Monday so it was perfect timing! So I went to the pharmacy Saturday (a day before I was to start taking the BC) and he didn't call it in... It was a Saturday so I couldnt contact him and my Medical cut out on Monday so I have to now pay full retail for the pills that I could have gotten covered if he would have called it in when he was supposed to... I informed him what had happened today and he made me feel guilty like it was my fault because he called it in 6 days after I had visited his office (the day I was supposed to start the medication). I have heard bad things about this doctor and tried to give him a chance but I should have listened!!! He is a total jerk! Not to mention I waited over an hour on two separate visits and the receptionist was rude when I asked how much longer itd be....

I hesitatingly went in for evaluation for a surgical procedure, and was pleased to find Dr. Pearson was wise, kind, very experienced, funny, and he spent so much time with me answering my questions I was almost in shock! And he was patient with me, even when my questions were kind of 'anti-medical' -- he had no ego going on which is often found with doctors.Although I'm not a huge fan of medical doctors in general, I feel I can fully trust him with my needs and I'm so glad to have found such a gem. He is definite 'clone material' -- need more docs like him in the world! My boyfriend was with me, and as a medical professional who has been in the field for over 35 years in ER / ICU, he knows a good doc (and otherwise!) when he sees one, and he gives Dr. Pearson 'two thumbs up' all the way! Highly recommended . . . a true sweetheart of a doc with years of valuable experience under his belt. =)
