My 96 year old aunt has been a patient for a few years. Whenever you need anything and have the misfortune to have to deal with the office staff youre in for nothing but incompetence and nastiness. Its disgusting the way they simply ignore requests and questions.. If you happen to get through to anyone your almost sorry you did. The fact that many sick shut in people have to depend on people like this is criminal. There is no care or compassion or even basic courtesy from this practice.. absolutely disgusting.

dr. seen me once in dec. its feb. for 45 minutes changed my medication which wrecked my sugar levels I have mda & diabetes I have call as many 5 times a day with no return call . left me in pain and no return call......
