Dr. Lawrence Schiff has been practicing cosmetic, reconstructive, implant and general dentistry since 1980. After spending six years on the faculty of the University of Pennsylvania Dental School, he entered full-time private practice with the goal of assembling Philadelphia's finest team of specialists to provide the best dental care possible.
Having been awarded the prestigious designation of Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry in 1998, Dr. Schiff is also an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry,the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the American Dental Association, the Montgomery-Bucks Dental Society and the Philadelphia County Dental Society.
Dr. Schiff was recently named one of "America's Top Dentists" by an independent review board, a Philadelphia "Top Cosmetic Dentist" by Philadelphia Magazine and named to "Who's Who in Science and Engineering".
Away from the office, he and his wife, Susan …Zemmel, D.M.D., a practicing periodontist in their joint office and in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, enjoy skiing and traveling with their teenage children, Chelsea and JD. Dr. Schiff also enjoys coaching youth lacrosse and playing golf.
