Dr. Lawrence Craig Stein

Okay so let me be very clear here. At the time I thought he was the chillest dentist ever. I was on laughing gas before I met him and I was 18 almost 19. First thing he said to me is “ya feelin f’d up yet?” I was laughing then he checked my birthday and said “ah! You’re 18 which means we can give you (insert addictive pain medication) without your parents permission” (this “joke” will mean more later)so he convinced my parents and I to post and crown all of my teeth bc of minor decalcification on my top front teeth. We didn’t understand why but he was a very charismatic doctor and reiterated to my father “you don’t understand you’ve got reallyyyyy gooood insurance…” and my coverage was ending when I turned 19 in about 4 months. He was staying to get it done rushing keeping me after the office was closed and taking me in early. I’ll also add he gave me a script for 30-60 pain meds a week so much so that the nearby pharmacy had to cut me off before I was finished with the procedure.… However they were gorgeous looking immediately after the procedure, Sadly years later my crowns have mostly all fallen out I had about a year when I was 22-23 maybe 24 that I had no top front teeth people treated me horribly like I was less than them. Now at 27 going on 28 years old almost 10 years later almost all of the posts have come out or crowns have fallen off. I have a partial denture up top now with absolutely no anchor teeth I have to use so much denture glue just to keep them in, especially now since I do not have the coverage I had them. I’ve struggled with very bad self esteem issues it’s been very rough for me I can barely eat anything I used to enjoy without pain. Dr. Stein stated that I would have no issues with my teeth until my 40’s. By the time my parents and I had realized I was a victim of dental malpractice, it had been past the statute of limitation to take any legal action and I’m still desperately searching for dentists to fix my badly damaged mouth with my currently limited insurance coverage. Do not ever!!! Let doctor stein operate on you he is a criminal with a degree. Thanks Dr. Stein I owe you one. (Btw every dentist I have seen since comments on the pain meds thing being very inappropriate and how horrible of a job he did)

I have seen Dr.Stein for a few years. He is always in a rush to get you out of the office. I feel this comprises the work he does on your teeth.

This doctor is both a horrible dentist and a horrible person! He gave me five rot canals and an inferior bridge. He knew I was moving out of state and was desperate to get a toothache fixed. Nine months later, the bridge started leaking and became infected. I called, faxed and emailed his office. the office never responded. It cost me over 10,000. The bridge had to be cut out and replaced. The dentist that replaced it said it was the most inferior bridge he has ever seen. That was five years ago and every time I pay down on the bill it irritates me!!!
