Dr. Lawrence Steinkraus, MD

Dr. Steinkraus is a very caring, thorough physician with excellent bedside manner. His listening skills are superb and his knowledge level high; he is a very professional and competent individual.What a shame that some people (abusive patients who carry grudges) use this forum to discredit a fine doctor.

Awful, awful experience. Misdiagnosed patient, repeatedly refused to give referrals, refused treatment of any kind, allowed patient to suffer in horrendous pain, refused to allow patient to seek a second opinion, refused to allow patient to see test results, lied to the patient about test results. The patient's condition was eventually correctly diagnosed by another physician, but months after the patient suffered in excruciating pain. I filed a complaint (twice), but instead of investigating, Mayo Clinic promoted this gem of a human being.
