Dr. Whitney is a graduate of McDaniel College and a graduate of Maryland Dental School. He has served the Hampstead community practicing dentistry for over 30 years. His time now divided between his dental practice and serving on the Dean's Faculty at the University of Maryland Dental school teaching in the field of preclinical fixed prostdodontics.
Dr. Whitney worked with the Carroll County Health Department to start a flouride rinse program throughtout the schools.
He worked with the PTA to go over the flouride rinse program and he is a participant in the Carroll County Access Program (treating the Carroll County poor).
