Dr. Lawrence Eggleston Wright, DDS

He put braces on my child when she was young and moved her teeth into a position that has ruined her jaw. She is now in her early twenties. It is so severe she needs immediate intervention. Her jaw will lock because of his orthodontic work. AVOID AT ALL COST.. This doctor should not be treating patients that require a a specialist. He thinks it can do it all himself. ( he can not ) Avoid potential problems. Seek another orthodontist.

I go to Doctor Wright and it is always fun to be there some times going to the orthodontist is not fun but you are treated like family and Doctor Wright is funny and the whole staff is nice.

He is not patient/ parent friendly. Did not fix my crooked teeth. I had to go elsewhere in Wheeling to get my teeth straightened.

Dr Wright did not monitor the development of my wisdom teeth although the day I got my braces off he sent us a paper home detailing how they would monitor then coming in. My dentist discovered my wisdom teeth coming in at my biannual cleaning after they had already caused my teeth to be crooked. We went back and demanded he fix it but he blamed us and wouldnt listen to us telling him my wisdom teeth had came in. After weeks of arguing, he charged us a great sum of money to fix something he caused. We continued to try to explain what happened but he sent us a letter telling us we werent welcome back and to seek treatment elsewhere. Also, one of the receptionists is extremely rude.
