Dr. Lawrence A Young, MD

Although my previous experiences with this doc have been great, I discovered today that his license was suspended for a criminal conviction. Needless to say I need a new podiatrist.

Excellent doctor. Been seeing him for 5 years. Great comforting personality. Easygoing personality. Wait time is short … no more than 15 minutes. And when the cost is more than your medicare will cover, he doesn't charge you. Awesome. Definitely recommend him.

He scams you into coming into the office for weekly Cortisone injections. Bills the insurance and has you keep coming back over and over again. When you ask why he doesn't have a good answer. Just tells you to schedule another appoinment. After realizing doing the injections this much is unhealthy and not recommended medically I found a better and more honest podiatrist. It's all about the $$$ with Dr. Young. Beware!!! I also injured myself walking into their medical building in Sterling Heights. Do not go there.

Walked in at appointment time and Dr. Young was ready for me. Best podiatrist I have ever had.

Great Docter, fixed my foot problem. Now I can walk with no pain.

Loved Dr. Young. He was excellent. I had a torn tendon on back of my heel. I had an MRI that no other Docter recommended. He was able to fix it at Beaumont Hospital with a very small incision with a new technique and I was walking on it in 5 days. It was a miracle. Would only recommend him for any foot or ankle surgery no matter how far away I lived. Greer Docter with compassion!

Dr.Young was incredible knowledge about my problems. He made me feel comfortable from the very beginning and explained my problems in terms that I could understand. I left his office feeling much better after his treatment. I have since sent him my grandson as a patient and my daughter, they both can away with the same impression. I highly, highly recommend this wonderful Docter. If only more were as comforting.
