He was caring, empathetic, and spent enough time with us to make us comfortable with the care we will be getting.

10 years ago I had a spinal puncture by Dr. Zeidman. I had two spinal fluid leaks so two trips to the emergency room heaving my insides out. Tried calling the Dr. to no avail. After reviewing the fluid the Dr tells me on a phone call that I have MS and he can start me on a course of prescription medication. Worst medical experience I have had.

Dr. Zeidman listens to his patients and tries harder than any other neurologist I've ever seen to figure out what's going on. Thanks for going the extra mile to help me! I don't know what that other patient is talking about but think they're not used to seeing a doctor in an academic center - there's often a wait because the doctor is doing more and spending more time with each patient than at a small community practice, and because there's teaching involved with trainees. You can feel a sharp pin even through a sock and Dr. Zeidman probably had already heard the history and exam from his resident and was only repeating some things to verify the diagnosis instead of doing a full exam.
