I have been a patient of Dr. Smarts since 2016, from my first visit to the present he has been straight forward with me telling me the good, bad and the unfortunately's! He's always been highly respectful and patient with and my situation. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone I come across that has any of the issues I have. I have great respect for him and have been and is very pleased with his work! Thank You.

Except for the LONG wait, which was not under his control, the visit and treatment were excellent and professional.

I came to see Dr. Smart for a second opinion concerning the possibility for a shoulder replacement. My surgeon is retiring. I was very impressed with Dr. Smart and his ability to explain his opinion to me, even in explaining my MRI to me. I left feeling very confident that I had chosen the right surgeon to do my surgery.

Dr Smart was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to understand my problem, gentle with cortisone shots, answered all my questions, and suggested ways to help with my problem.

After suffering for 6 weeks with my shoulders, I was relieved to hear that it was only tendinitis. I was a bit anxious about the cortisone shot, but it was relatively painless. Now I'm just waiting for the pain to be completely gone.
