Dr. Lawton Kevin Chu

Lawton K Chu, D.M.D. completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California at San Diego receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry. He graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and has been in private practice ever since. He is a member of many professional organizations and various study clubs. He attends continuing education courses each year to stay at the forefront of new technologies and innovations in dentistry. Dr. Chu is certified in the latest technique for Invisalign clear braces.
Dr. Chu strives to make every patient's experience as comfortable as possible. He uses techniques such as topical anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation, and if additional needs are required, Dr. Chu is happy to discuss options available to patients.
Dr. Chu and his wife Jenny and daughter Anna, enjoy traveling, biking, swimming, tennis, and golf. He especially enjoys when the Dallas Cowboys and Mavericks teams win! Jenny is an …assistant professor at UT Southwestern Medical School, where she focuses on brain stem cell research. Dr. Chu has a reputation for being a gentle and caring dentist in the community, dedicated to serving one patient at a time.
